Why haven’t I received the verification code?
Your verification code is sent to your phone as an SMS/text. If you haven't received one, try the following:
1. Double-check that you have entered your phone number correctly.
2. Wait a bit longer. The code can take up to 2 minutes to send.
3. Make sure your phone has a strong signal.
4. Check to see if your phone has any settings enabled that could prevent incoming text messages.
5. Restart your phone and try again.

Why is my verification code not working?
Try the following to resolve the problem:
1. Make sure you're using the latest verification code sent to your SMS/text inbox.
2. Make sure to use the code as soon as you receive it. Otherwise, it may expire. If this happens, you can request a new one.
3. If the code doesn't auto-fill, manually enter the code.
4. The system can temporarily lock you out if you get the verification code incorrect too many times. Try again after some time.
